I. Job Description
- Continuing Education Master’s Program of Addiction Prevention and Treatment and Continuing Education Master’s Program of Educational Gerontology and Human Resources: Course scheduling, admissions, personnel affairs, property management and expense reimbursement, social media management.
- College of Education Affairs: Management of meeting rooms (classrooms) and equipment.
- Other temporary assignments as designated.
II. Remuneration
Remuneration will be processed in accordance with the university’s “Salary Standards Table for Full-Time Project-Based Research Assistants” (includes labor and health insurance).
III. Working Hours
In accordance with the Labor Standards Act, with working hours arranged to accommodate the class schedules of the Continuing Education Master’s Programs.
IV. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Foreign academic degrees must be verified by overseas representative offices.
- Preference will be given to candidates with project management and expense verification/control experience in educational administration, related educational fields, or school environments, as well as proficiency in computer administrative document processing and basic internet applications.
- Preference will be given to candidates with cross-unit communication and coordination capabilities, as well as synthesis and execution experience.
- The university shall not employ as a contract-based staff member anyone who has fallen under any of the following circumstances:
- Convicted with a final judgment of a sexual assault crime under Paragraph 1, Article 2 of the Sexual Assault Crime Prevention Act.
- Confirmed through an investigation by the school’s gender equity education committee or a relevant committee constituted by law to have committed actual acts of sexual assault.
- Confirmed through an investigation by the school’s gender equity education committee or a relevant committee constituted by law to have committed acts of sexual harassment or sexual bullying, where there is a necessity to terminate the contract and permanently disqualify the individual from serving as an educational practitioner.
- Confirmed through an investigation by the school’s gender equity education committee or a relevant committee constituted by law to have committed acts of sexual harassment or sexual bullying, where there is a necessity to terminate the contract, coupled with a resolution restricting employment as an educational practitioner for a period of one to four years, during such restrictive period.
- Determined by the competent education administration authority to meet the circumstances under Item 2, Paragraph 6, Article 9 of the Bu-xi and Jin-xi Education Act.
- Determined by the competent education administration authority to meet the circumstances under Item 3, Paragraph 6, Article 9 of the Bu-xi and Jin-xi Education Act, during the period of one to four years in which employment or hiring is prohibited.
